1.) Let us know that an order is a Rush order. Always send it to us UPS-Red Next Day Air. When we receive a UPS shipment, we always pull out the UPS-Red packages and start work on them immediately.
2.) Make sure your equipment is not damaged in shipment. We do not stock shipping supplies. We send everything out in the same box and packaging that we received from you, so make sure your items are packed securely when you send them to us.
3.) UPS insures packages for $100.00 at no extra cost to you. Please let us know if you want additional coverage from UPS at an additional charge.
4.) We do not have docking facilities and request that all orders are shipped via a parcel service, such as UPS, DHL, RPS, FedEx, or USPS Parcel Post.
5.) Save time and money and have us drop-ship direct to your customer. Feel secure in knowing that we are not a dealer/distributor or a calibration service, and we will not solicit business from your customers.
6.) Remove inserts and orifices from pressure gauges and send them seperately. This will save us both time, because if we can't remove them, we will have to send the gauges back to you to have them removed.
7.) Save money and combine orders on one Purchase Order to meet our $25.00 minimum order and to meet the various quantity brackets on our Price Lists. Please see our current Price Lists.
8.) Our insurance does not allow us to disassemble and reassemble any equipment, so everything we receive to clean for Oxygen service must be cleanable as it is received.
